A good quality water repellant like SILCOPEL will reduce the moisture uptake by 95%. The use of a stone densifier like CONSOLIDATE will help strengthen your stone and again give great water repellancy. For this particular sealer on pool coping, we suggest a SIX SIDE/DIP sealing process. When using this system, a suitable adhesive and curing time of sealer would have to be considered.
